Tito uses her invaluable experience to help Helium Health accelerate Africa's transition to a technology-driven healthcare system.
Dimeji Sofowora
Co-founder & CFO
Dimeji is a lawyer with strong business acumen. He has experience in the legal & financial sectors, working with top firms such as Goldman Sachs. Dimeji obtained an LLB degree from the University of Leeds and an LLM from Queen Mary University of London.
Chichi Offodile
COO
Chichi is an expert at designing and implementing operational strategies that drive business value. She brings more than 15 years of experience working at EMC/Dell, Deloitte and is now responsible for transforming and overseeing operations at Helium Health. Her experience and leadership have been focused on developing and delivering technology-driven business services and solutions, client services and driving operational efficiency.
Dami Sonoiki
Chief Product & Data Officer
Dami has led data analytics, product design and development in emerging markets. He led the development of data and analytics at Cars45 and Global Health Informatics at eHealth. He has an Executive MBA from the European School of Management and Technology, an MSc in Geographic Information Science from the University College London and a BSc in Surveying and Geoinformatics from the University of Lagos. He is also a Chartered Geomatics Professional and a Registered PRINCE2 Practitioner.
Ralph Oluwole
Head, Private Sector Growth
Ralph leads the Private Sector Growth Team at Helium Health. An invaluable member of the Helium Health team, a larger than life team player and calculated risk-taker, he has spent years helping teams at Access Bank, Gadroville Constructions and Mobinatrics achieve their organizational objectives. Ralph holds a BSc in Mass Communications from Redeemer's University and is well versed in the art of sales and marketing.
Oghenetega Otojare
Head, Product
Oghenetega is an experienced product manager with a passion for bringing products to market and building teams. With a BS.c degree in Computer Science and Technology from Crawford University, he cut his teeth at AllCAD Consult Limited and Precise Financial Systems by helping to create a smooth customer experience for their users. His systematic approach to product development has helped cement Helium Health's products as the most user-friendly on the continent.
Chukwuma Okoroafor
Head, Legal
Chukwuma is a lawyer, with experience in corporate/commercial law, technology transactions, emerging and high growth companies, product counseling, and impact investing. He obtained his LL.B from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi Ghana and holds a Masters of Law (LL.M.) degree in Law, Technology and Entrepreneurship from the Cornell Law School. Chukwuma has worked on tech ecosystem projects with Mastercard, Cooley LLP, and Gunderson Dettmer. Also, he is a Chartered Arbitrator.
Ifeoluwa Olokode
Head, Partnerships
A biology nerd turned technology enthusiast, Ifeoluwa has managed client and partner relations at startups in New York, London and Lagos. With her aptitude for uncovering areas of synergy across departments and companies, she has overseen the negotiation and execution of several partnerships which have yielded hundreds of thousands of dollars in patient capital and revenue. She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from Mount Holyoke College, Massachusetts.
Ijeoma Oyeyinka
Head, HR
Ijeoma is an experienced Talent Manager and Management Consultant with a Mechanical Engineering Degree from the University of Ibadan. She began her career at Phillips Consulting and was most recently the Head of Talent Management at Troyka Nigeria. Ijeoma improves Helium's business by developing, cascading and monitoring talent strategy, and structuring integrated HR systems for company-wide deployment. She loves #TeamDCU movies, Do-It-Yourself projects and pancakes.
Jean Kyula
Country Manager, Kenya
Jean is a medical doctor who is passionate about using digital health to improve quality of care. With her MBChB from the University of Glasgow, she began her professional career in the NHS. She has worked on projects with GIZ, MSK, Rockefeller, Ministries of Health and County governments. She led and successfully completed submission calls during the COVID-19 pandemic response and is a Certified Professional Trainer and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt.
Oluwatobiloba Banwo
Head, Private Sector Strategy
Oluwatobiloba has a wealth of experience in the development and execution of business strategy with particular expertise in product management, product analysis, design and development. Her career experience has been built around driving growth at Interswitch, Hygeia HMO and Stanbic IBTC. At these organizations, she was able to seal various strategic partnerships and help to expand the organisations reach and market share.
Ugo Iwuchukwu
Brand & Communications Manager
Ugo has a passion for helping businesses speak to their audience. He started his career working in social media communications for some of Nigeria's highest-grossing films at EbonyLife Media and has helped different multinational brands define their digital communication strategies. Ugo has a BSc in International Relations from Covenant University.
